Job Purpose
An entry-level position that provides opportunities to develop leadership skills by offering cross-functional job experience and challenging rotational assignments.
Key Job Elements
We are looking for candidates for our management development program. The program is for new or recent graduates and consists of a number of rotational assignments designed to help you learn the business. The rotations will last from three to twelve months. There are several different tracks, they are: an Aftermarket Track, an Engineering Track, an Operations Track, a Sales Track and a Strategic Marketing Track. You will be considered based on education, interest and the needs of the business.
The program is designed to last 2 – 3 years. At the end of the rotational assignments, you will be placed into a full-time position with Progress Rail Services and be well positioned to accelerate your growth and responsibility level with the company.
