Benefits Coordinator
The Benefits Coordinator will be a trusted partner in helping drive the success of the Rewards organization. This position is based in San Francisco, CA. Duties will include all transactional duties in relation to administering the company ergonomics program, workers compensation, and benefit team support. Responsibilities:

Supports Ergonomics Program (answer cases, schedules ergo appointments, log assessments, order equipment).
Process Worker's Compensation claims.
Completes Benefits billing cycle (verifies the calculation, keeps track of payments, works with vendor on any issues).
Supports Benefits and Ergo POs (submits, maintains, organizes).
Supports Tier 3 benefit cases.
Supports administration of the process for Healthy San Francisco
Supports Mexico, Brazil and Canada benefits administration.
Support benefit team auditing for various benefit plans.
Administrative support to Benefits & Ergo team (including scheduling meetings, etc).
Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

Required Skills/Experience:

Strong Excel, Powerpoint, Gmail and Gcalendar (email and calendaring) skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to switch priorities frequently.
Commitment to teamwork and maintaining confidentiality
Previous experience supporting a department and a team, preferably at a software or high tech company.
Strong communication - oral and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
3-5+ years of applicable administrative experience.
